Used to spent over an hour opening and closing our pool while verifying everything and going over it with you. This year, they spent 20 minutes opening it, accused me of losing a couple of things, forgot to check a few things and left garbage in my backyard; including leaving a near empty bottle of metal out under my cover. Used to gladly tip Mo and his crew for their attention to detail

I hired them to empty, clean, and balance my hottub. They claimed the work was done, but the tub was still refilling and to pull the hose when it was done in about 15 minutes. They claimed they balanced the chemicals, but you can't do that until it's full and at least 80 degrees. They seemed like they were in a hurry so I paid and let them go. When I checked the hottub 20 minutes later, it still wasn't full AND the power was off. My husband and I checked it later that night and could not get it
