The hot tub that Tom sold me is a lemon. It didn't get any warmer than 94 degrees all winter. After repeated attempts for help from Appleton's customer service they referred me back to my salesman Tom. I spent over five thousand dollars on the electrical upgrades and service for this tub which now, 10 months later is no more than a yard ornament. Master Spas does not honor their warranties. No one should trust this company.
