2025 (Nov) update -- just amazing folks! Jim helped me again diagnosing a pair of pump failures. Thankfully, what looked like a a large repair came back as a si.ple repair (with a unique twist). Can't compliment the guys who came out enough, awesome! 2021 -- Excellent folks! Had a small leak on my 14 year old hot tub and Jim helped diagnose it over the phone. So pleased with our spa purchase from Aqua-Fun in Sussex. Jim the Service Manager, was incredibly helpful in our purchase decision. The delivery team of Joe & Deric were just as awesome, patient, meticulous with the set-up and expertly guided us on the spa setup process. Highly recommend if considering a spa purchase.
