The work was very clean and organized, and he made sure to leave the area spotless. He also explained everything clearly, including how to maintain and replace the filters. Very professional and easy to work with—definitely recommend.

As a senior citizen and a woman, I get my fair share of companies trying to take advantage of me. Metro was fairly and reasonably priced. I was treated with respect. All my questions (I had many) were patiently answered and explained and the work was completed without destruction to my property. I recommend Metro to everyone!

I called with a minor emergency and wanted to get a price ahead of time. Person who answered the phone was very informative and helpful. They were able to get me in the next day! Installer arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a timeframe that he'd be finished and stuck to it. Once complete, installer showed me the function and talked me through some recommendations. Great experience all around!

I’m very happy I chose Metro Plumbing to install my new water heater this past week.
