I needed to have outdoor faucet replaced ( accessed from basement ) and kitchen drain rodded. Received the most ridiculous quote from another plumbing company so I called Lorenz after reading reviews that seemed like they were from real customers. Gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone/msg which matched what I had in mind the job would cost. He was able to fit me in the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out. No sales pitch, no upselling, easy to talk to. He did an excellent job.

Patrick and Danny did a fantastic job rep replacing a copper pipe and they went above and beyond replacing connecting pipes that would’ve been problematic for us. They were very punctual, they were very responsive. They are so experienced and they’re not trying to upsell any services. They were lifesaver since we were having all kinds of clogging issues with the pipe and they resolve the issue within a day! I highly recommend them!
