4.5/5. A real gem of a company to find, especially in our zip code. This is seriously a 2-man, father-son company. Jack, Dad, answers the phone and helps schedule. Chris, son, does your install and maintenance. No high overhead so they can pass along savings to customers. Not a perfect experience but very good. Chris said he didn’t smell iron with our old softener… it was very apparent, especially after the new system was installed. It’s completely gone. Also, we had them install a reverse osmos

Don’t bother calling anyone else for softener issues. I called five local service places and aqua soft had the best pricing and availability. Chris was out to my house in less than two hours and was able to help me get running. Being a first time home owner he was more than happy to help me understand the machine and point out things I can do in the home to help out with our iron problem. 100% recommended.

Excellent service from the initial consultation including the no nonsense approach to treating your water. Well water has stuff in it and Chris and Jack know their stuff, they know how to talk to people and sell you just what you need and nothing more. The small tips and tricks learned from years of experience are worth a lot and I'm sure they could have charged us more money just for their consultation and advice!
