An outcome I had not expected but am grateful to achieve. JAMEIR let me know that Zoeller expects this model to last 7-10 years and then backed up this statement with warranty coverage. What amazing customer service. We had issues with our pump, used only for a week, and now leaking, and even though I purchased it at Lowe's and not directly, they said it was under a 2 year warranty, and sent a replacement ID within a few minutes.
