Great service! Arrived on time and was able to get my commercial doors unlocked quickly. I will only be using Zach for my locksmith needs in Charlotte! I highly recommend him.

The young man that came out was very courteous and professional. On the phone they told me it would take told me 35-45 minutes to get to me depending traffic which I was cool with. The guy called me about 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know where he was. Once he got here I showed him which door to unlock and he immediately went to work and got it open with no issues. He was in an out in less than 10 minutes. The whole process was easy and simple.

Zach was awesome, never had a better experience in a crappy situation. Zach fixed my car door lock and also got a key fob while I was at it. His price was great, and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He knows his trade very well and it shows. Gonna have another vehicle key made soon by him!
