Beware of BAIT AND SWITCH pricing. The price they quoted was less than half what they charged. Tech was good but won’t use them again

Be mindful when using a debit card to pay for services. This is where they try to make additional money. I was charged 8.5% for taxes which is not the sales tax rate. When I called to speak to a manger, I was told “the manger is not available, I’ll have him call you back” and the person hung up on me. This is very disappointing because I’ve used this company on two other occasions but I never paid attention how they adjust the sales tax until today. Please be careful.
