I hired Vision Appliance Professionals to fix my refrigerator. Although I paid for both service and a part, that did not fix my problem, so the troubleshooting was not accurate, and my money was wasted. I actually had to install a thermostat myself to get the frig to work. Later, because I was told that the part I purchased had a warranty, I asked for another defrost timer which was covered by the warranty. That request was ignored.
