I called about a dishwasher that wasn't draining and Elliot talked with me over the phone to figure out what the problem could be. It turned out it it was the garbage disposal that was clogged and not an issue with the dishwasher. Elliot was extremely helpful and patient with the advice he gave me to solve the problem.

I needed repair on one fridge, and they also provided tips and pointers on how to extend the life of your refrigerators and freezers. I highly recommended.
