Because of my experience I do not recommend using Vegas Inspect. I set up a time/date with Vegas Inspect to do an inspection on a house I had under contract and was going to buy. It was arraigned that I would show up at the end of the inspection and do a walk through with him pointing out all the problems he had found. When I arrived at the house I was told he was two hours behind. I sat in the back yard for an hour waiting. Then before he finished the inspection he took me on a half complete

This company l think they use their family member to make the review customer service zero with no respect and the woman to talk to people any how they try to manipulate the price on Friday they told me the price for General house inspection Termite air quality total 758$ remember this was Friday l call back Monday price changed from 758-980$ so please be careful with this company
