Eddie Lopez did our inspection in May/June 2025 and did a great job. Picking an inspector is stressful and we were under short notice to get it done - Pride had the best rating of those who could meet our timeline. Eddie found some MAJOR issues that the seller did not disclose (e.g. gas fireplaces venting into the attic) and it really saved us a lot of future headaches so we could hold the seller accountable for both questionable renovation work and needed repairs.

It's unfortunate I have to write this negative review, but the home inspector missed many items that were broken/defective during inspection. - loose/broken shelf in laundry room - loose/broken stair rail - gas leak in the laundry room!!!! due to lack of sealant applied on the connector. I had to call Southwest to have a technician come in and fix it. - improperly installed dryer: vent needs to wrap outside, not inside, the pipe; otherwise, all the dust would come right out to our breathing air
