Had clog/backup in plumbing line from house to septic. Although it was Saturday May 3 I received a call back from the office who arranged for one of their plumbers, Chris, to call me. Explained the situation and he agreed to respond. Only took 45 mins. due to the distance but he got quick to work. Problem was resolved quickly & for fair price. We appreciated Vail Plumbing’s responsiveness, expertise and fair pricing when we called on a Sunday with an emergency overflow of our septic system. Chris was there within an hour and was very knowledgeable and efficient in clearing the septic stoppage, removing the stuck septic lid and helping to evaluate if it was time to have a septic company pump the system.
