We loved Urbanex, until they were bought out by Massey. The techs were usually really friendly and efficient. The one time I was unhappy with a tech's behavior, I called management and asked that he not return and never saw him again. They treated the yard and the house and we saw far fewer flies and mosquitos than we did with Terminex. Icalled for an emergency spray, due to seeing scorpions when I have twin babies and they came right out. They were cheaper than bigger names and we've overall be
