First time having Kylon Washinton service our home. He was very personal and explained the service to be provided. He also answered some of my concerns about spots on our porch. I enjoy service technicians like Kylon, who strive to make the customer feel important.

Bradon's service was great. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything he was going to do.

Sprayer spent approximately 20-30 minutes on site. I felt the Cost of service was high for what was done. He did put down pellets for Scorpions (We've killed 5 over the last 3 months.) He explained the yard had to be watered to activate the pellets. First time I've been told that. Since we've had several Scorpions, I believe he should have spread pellets over a broader area.
