This is a hidden gem of a business in Safety Harbor. Shelley, the owner and designer, is very accommodating, gracious and talented. She spent as much time with us as we needed with all the questions we had. Her portfolio of work shows a great scope of style and range, which demonstrates that she really listens to her clients, understands their needs, and is able to provide beautiful and unique custom-designed fireplaces just for them. I don't recommend even trying this business. My wife called and spoke with Shelley. Shelly was extremely rude and spoke to my wife in a condescending manner. She continually talked over her and made her feel stupid. We contacted this company looking for an electric fireplace insert for our home.
