Had a great experience when our fireplace/tv wall unit was installed by Urban Concepts 5 years ago. We just turned to Shelley and Etien for routine maintenance and again, nothing but praise for their expertise. We highly recommend them.

We bought a Amantii electric fireplace from Urban Concepts and (Shelly) took excellent care of us. We had a 60" fireplace installed and it looks great. There installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up and made sure we understood how to operate the fireplace.
