Well, I literally had a rag go down my bathtub drain, obviously it clogged. I called tuffys at 7:32PM and they gave a me a quote over the phone and Austin came right out, same night! He showed up at 8:05 and went right to work. He was quick, kind, efficient and most importantly, he fixed it! He was out the door by 8:35 pm! I paid the Same price that I was quoted over the phone and I have to say the service was awesome. It was quicker then ordering a pizza. Amazing service. I will call them again
