I wanted to update my review as Milestone Plumbing returned and fixed all my initial problems free of charge. This time around, the expert fixed the issue and cleaned the work area well. Great service all around.

On 05/05 I had a 5 star service experience with Evan. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. He also checked all the other faucuts for adequate water flow. It's obvious he takes great pride in his performance. He is a great asset to your company and I will recommend Milestone to anyone looking for a first class plumbing service.

Had out water heater break down and was gushing water all over the basement, Milestone was able to show up within 30 minutes and get a whole new one installed without us lifting a finger. I highly recommend their services, it was easy, the tech was knowledgeable & clear without being pushy for unnecessary sales. We had called Roman first, got an AI bot, and by the time they called us back Milestone was already on site, removing the old water heater & had the new one on the way! Great experience

Jake did a great job clearing our kitchen sink clog, as well as replacing and getting the plumbing under it up to code as well.

We were very pleased with Milestone Plumbing’s prompt professional service this morning. Our basement flooded due to the sump pump breaking down. Will replaced our sump pump and discharge pipe. Thank you for the prompt response to this urgent issue.

Had some plugged up sinks and malfunctioning temperature controllers on showers. Alex from Millstone showed up on time and was extremely diligent. Noticed another leaking faucet and repaired that along with the other issues. Super conscientious and mindful. Probably saved us $1,000 by repairing the knobs and controllers vs repairing. An underfloor sanitary pipe was clogged; could not use any bathrooms in the house without overflow on the lower level. Alex and Ryan were pleasant, efficient and professional.
