I will never return as a customer! In my opinion, this is not an honest company. I ordered French doors made by Plastpro (their recommendation) with direct glaze insert. T&W delivered an entirely different door with cheap molding around the glass insert. That's when the excuses and obviously false explanations started rolling in. Their sales rep "explained" that the model I ordered was not available in the size I needed, so without telling me they just delivered a different door. That door was

I excitedly came to the showroom looking for a new front door but didn’t even want to talk to a professional because the sales associate at the front Annya was so incredibly rude right from the get go. She talked down to me, seemed annoyed I was even there, attitude from her tone of voice to body posture, sighing as she got up from her chair. I walked in and right back out. Sad that this happened because I was looking forward to visiting the showroom after reading all the positive reviews.
