I've called many times at many different hours of the day and when I call the automated message always tells me that I'm "position 1 in the queue". But somehow they never pick up the phone. Then after 10 mins or so it hangs up and tells me to write an email so they can get back to me at some point. My solar was working great. Then at the first of the. Year 2026, it quit working. We called trismart and they told us that the company was bankrupt. Now I have a solar system that don't even work. They said they would get some out to fix it (that was in January 2026). Still no one showed up.

This company NEVER answers their phone and voicemail box isn’t set up, so we have had the hardest time getting in contact with this company. Question for all the 5-star reviews; WHAT COMPANY WERE YOU DEALING WITH??! The company that came to MY home might as well have been clowns. Absolutely NOTHING they did was right. They didn’t even connect the solar units (the big black things on my roof) to the main box outside! They completely bypassed the backup batteries so even when the units were wired in, I was receiving ZERO energy to store. This has been going on for over a year. They completely messed up my system!
