Gage was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the system works, how the installation process happens, what to expect, how much the installation will cost, and how to work with the system once it was installed. In other words, he was there for the whole process “from soup to nuts.” The solar panels and backup batteries are working perfectly, just as expected. I now wish I knew more about their three day policy to change ones mind. At this point I do not think having these panels was worth it, I was paying 125 a month for the panels and still paying a 280$ electric bill. Wasn't saving any money, you'll do the math .
