Got a bid for work but the owner-German. He turned put to be a Giant FLAKE! Came out several times to my residence for insulation, window and door work bids but he never followed through! Big waste of my time and my realtor time. Also was going to install R30 blown insulation into my attic according to his bid and R38 is the minimum requirement. I would recommend looking elsewhere for attic or general contractor work.

German and the Trioteam team did an great job installing insulation in the attic over my garage. Their prices were very reasonable. German was very professional, responsive, courteous, and always kept me updated. He was prompt and on schedule, neat, and cleaned up and left our house in order. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Great experience with this company. I had a squirrel problem in my attic. They showed up on time, were extremely respectful, got right to work, explained the whole process, clean-up the job site, secured the entry holes with wire mesh, cleaned my attic, sealed it, put in new insulation, and repaired my duct-work.
