Had Juan and his team install a sump pump and moisture barrier in my crawl space. Had a great initial conversation with Juan evaluating options that made sense for my issue and budget, his team came in a knocked it out, were efficient, professional and went above and beyond, they noticed that the vents to my attic around the roof were damaged and replaced the mesh on them. American Attic was very responsive and easy to work with. I needed to replace the insulation in my attic because of rodent infestation and insulation shrinkage over the years. The first thing they did was place plastic sheeting to contain any dust resulting from their process. Then they removed the existing insulation, cleaned up the attic space, closed off openings to prevent future rodent access, installed new thicker insulation and placed traps in case rodents somehow managed to get in.
