Unhappy with this service. A lot of money and not enough personalized assistance through a very tough time. A lot of talk but fell very short.

Not a good experience. They dropped the ball on far too many things, left us hanging, the inventory process after house fire was a complete disaster. Daniel, I think was his name, rummaged through items we clearly and specifically told him not to touch and that we were keeping and literally piled everything in a horrible broken mess mixed in with damaged, unsalvageable items. Nightmare. Artwork put aside was damaged, frames and glass broken, etc. I would not recommend Greenspan due to my persona
