Our tub leaked and we had some mold in the ceiling below. We called 911 restoration to see if we needed to do any remediation. We got an appointment in the time frame we needed. The Project Manager came to insect the issue, measured moisture levels and let us know we wouldn't need to pay them to mitigate.
