I had a plumbing back up- they came out quickly and fixed everything!

We had a Navien on- demand water heater and a North Star water softener installed. Albert Acosta was prompt in coming over and very through in explaining our options. Once contracted, they were able to schedule the installation the next week. The plumber, Alvaro and assistant, Conrad, were friendly and professional in completing the job and taking away the old water heater and softener. Very pleased with my experience with Vail Plumbing and would recommend them.

My home warranty service sent them to repair my bathroom. turned out the toilet could not be repaired it had to be replaced. When that was done we found another problem so I asked them to replace the bathtub to get to the area. Vail was wonderful but the warranty service was not and their lack of clear communication to both of us caused delays.
