Regretfully, I did not buy my Generac from TGS, but I did purchase an annual maintenance plan from them. Mr. Mike Hughes came out to do my first round of maintenance. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to answer questions. Very happy with the service. On top of that, I worked with Leann on purchasing the maintenance plan. She was also extremely knowledgeable, answered a few questions I had, and was VERY fast to reply to emails, which I really appreciate. Great
