We had PSS come out to install some "smart" soft start relay on our outdoor AC units. The technician called us an hour before his arrival (which we appreciated) and got right to work upon arrival. The technician explained the process to us in a way that was easy to understand and he was very personable and polite. We would definitely recommend PSS for any generator and/or AC soft start work! A++
