LEAKING Door: Friendly ppl, poor follow up. Had a door installed and nearly immediately it began warping and fitting poorly. It’s also drafty and LEAKING!!! I’ve called several times over the last few months to get this resolved and I keep getting the runaround. I would NOT recommend this company. Don’t get pulled in by the customer service and the talk about a lengthy warranty. A warranty is only good if the repair happens. The work is poor and the follow up is worse.

Mike installed it perfectly when ready and even returned a second time free of charge to repair my video doorbell wire which wasn't working and attach my address numbers better than i had it before.
