Wow, what an incredible experience. I like to support local businesses vs. corporatized outfits like Wallside, so I was happy to find First Choice nestled 10 mins from me in Wayne County, making all the windows themselves. These windows are either too thin or no good they let a lot of cold air in. I had the company come back out they insulated around the outside of the windows but still cold air is coming in. I paid to have them insulate on the outside which they should have did automatically so not sure why I had to pay again. Anyway when I called to pay the guy did this is the final end all be all resolution. I guess that means weather I'm satisfied or not. No one has called to see if the issue is resolved nor h
