I would give zero stars if that were an option. I had an 8:00 AM appointment scheduled and confirmed after considerable effort just to secure the slot. I blocked my calendar and planned my morning around it, expecting the issue to be resolved as promised. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and there has been zero communication or response from the company. This level of unreliability and lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing.
