Called for an estimate on a leak to find my pipes were deteriorating in several areas. Estimate was given by Rich. The next day he and Killian came and got to work changing my hot and cold lines in the basement. They were very neat and tidied up after and the work looks impeccable. Fox Chase. Our plumber retired and I needed a new plumber. I called Reliable Plumbing and Drain since they were local and used them for previous drain cleaning, and they were dependable. Joan answered the call and scheduled up a visit and thus a quote which was competitive. After our Plumbing "project" was complete, i had two other seperate issues that Reliable had to assist me with. Rich and Killian did a great job replacing our bathroom faucet and drain. They gave me an upfront quote and had the replacement parts with them. They showed me the completed work, then left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Even pointed out some potential future issues to watch out for down the road and I would definitely call them back again for future work.
