Professional, polite, cleaned after himself

Stephen Derrick from Sullivan is a great guy & fixed my A.C. The other day, we were having a heat wave in Pittsburgh and my AC broke. I called Sullivan and they sent Stephen over. He was friendly and courteous and was able to fix the problem and explained everything to me which I appreciated. Sullivan super Service is lucky to have him!

Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the Lenox air conditioner. He was able to schedule us for installation within twenty four hours.

Lucas and Gaige were exceptional. They were able to resolve our gas leak and even showed us some maintenance issues with our water line. We opted to get that corrected and they did that the same day. We appreciate them going above and beyond and we would be glad to have them back should we face any other issues.
