I wanted to give them 2.5 stars. They did the work. But VERY expensive. They charged over a thousand dollars for changing the leaking small plastic pipe to the fridge into a copper one. I called at least 5 times questioning about the charge. After over a month, they said they over charged an hour and brought it done to something around $875. I will not use them again.

My mother had a gas line that was leaking outside. They came Friday evening to verify & shut off the line. They supplied electric heaters for the apartment that was affected. They were back on Monday AM to complete the work. Did an excellent job replacing the bad line outside and also installed a shut-off valve inside. Very pleased with the work and the workmanship that was done. Will use in the future!

I have used Frew for many different services over the years—plumbing and heating. They have always been responsive and helpful. Most recently, the problem they came to address popped up again a week later. They came back within an hour and quickly had it fixed—for good this time. I feel comfortable calling them and know I’ll get good service. Thank you!

I don’t know the exact amount I paid. I am still waiting for a copy of the bill. I paid with a credit card and did not receive a receipt. Problem was not solved. Had additional service on Wednesday March 25. Source of leak still not solved.

I have been a customer for 40 years. I have used their plumbing and HVAC services including furnace installation, AC installation and bathroom remodelling in addition to routine plumbing repairs. I have always been satifisfied with the service and quality of work.
