They spammed my email claiming they were local and in my area, while listing an address that was somewhere else. I replied to clarify, and they ignored me. I won't do business with a company that misrepresents itself and ignores questions …

Beware of any company whose contract states that they have 30 days to "cure" their cleaning issues.. This is a red flag. No company should have to put up with more low quality cleans after the initial TWO were terrible - Please do your jobs right the first time.

We love Stratus! Sarah and her team are a joy to work with. I've enjoyed their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of the cleaning industry. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
