The rep was nice, however, I was not present when the cleaning occurred- my husband was. I found areas appearing to have been missed along edges of baseboards, behind doors, and simple stains -- I was able to remove the stains afterward myself. I didnot feel the service was worth what we paid. This was not as thorough as what we expected.
