We had great service when Ken was in charge. But last two years have not been good. They have claimed to do full inspections. I’ve gone out both times and found winter dirt covering heads (one which they even claimed to replace and charged us for). Both times we have had follow up leaks which again they charge us to repair. Sorry for bad review but very disappointing experience.
