Bryan was a great service tech. He called before arriving and completed our irrigation system winterization quickly. He is one of the reasons I love working with Indy Irrigation.

I used them for winterization and opening the system this spring. Their tech was inexperienced and ran into issue with one zone not turning off. He could not figure out which zone it was and recommended me to change all six valves for $1200. When I asked the rationale for changing the whole system - he said that he comes from garage door repair background and thats what they do there. Now they want $245 for opening and backflow testing a system that they have left dysfunctional and closed. Stay
