Just talk to guy ask him to spect my chimney he keep asking me what is problem I told him now any problem again ask me same question in the end he said we don’t work if there’s no problem then I hang up no good Coustomer service
Our chimney had a leak issue but John found the problem fast and fixed it the same day.
Our fireplace had a lot of creosote buildup and Mike carefully cleaned it out while explaining the safety concerns. Really appreciate how detailed and respectful he was.
