Our chimney was collecting holes from a couple of woodpeckers, so we decided to see what could be done about it. Zack came by to take a look and seemed fairly honest about his assessment as well as costs. On the re-scheduled day of service (the original one rained out), he arrived promptly and was very communicative throughout the chimney repair process, which was great to know. Should we have any further chimney concerns, we will definitely give them a call.
