Bad service and lack of professional recommendation. We purchased a unit thre lots of issues and the followup is terrible.

Over all I am very satisfied with the service I received. My initial call did not go so well, I called and asked for Dean who was off. Jennifer answered the phone and very rude, sounded like she was speaking with a mouth full of food, did not seem like she wanted to help at all, she said that I needed to go into Dean’s voicemail and that never occurred. I called back and thankfully spoke to Barbra who was very friendly, apologized for the inconvenience of the call being dropped, she did acknowle

The service was very good and professional performed by Roberto Romero and Sean McMillan they were kind and courteous and left the area every clean And explained the operating instructions very well overall they did an outstanding job.
