I called Advanced Fireplace because I could not shut off my fireplace. Ken and his son came to my rescue! His prices were fair and didn’t charge extra for an emergency call. I was in a panic, the guys were here when they said. Hard to get this kind of service nowadays. Honest, fair and GREAT service. I will always call Ken in the future. Thank you
