I had a new shower installed, and everything went pretty smoothly. They did have to come back and fix one of the shelves where the caulking wasn't smooth. Fast forward a couple weeks, and now there was mold underneath the caulking where the wall meets the shower basin. Also, if you're looking for a permit, you may or may not get one through them.
