The person who came to check out the roof of my mom's house and looked carefully at it, plus went up in the attic to see how things were from that part of the roof. Got an entirely reasonable estimate. The job was scheduled and the crew arrived promptly and did a superlative job and did one of the best cleanups afterwards that I've ever seen.
