Clearly it’s a policy of theirs to give the absolute minimal effort and materials to packaging shipments then blame you for not purchasing shipping insurance when your product is destroyed in transit to you. Save yourself the trouble and money by ordering from a different store. I’d add photos of my ruined $230 bag of fire ant bait but it never even made it to my house, I just have to take Solutions Pest and Lawn’
