Billed me $2700 for rat exclusion work they did not perform. Been trying for 2 weeks to have charge reversed. So far - unsuccessful. Promised 3 times to have manager call me. Finally had 1 call yesterday. Wants to come talk to me. Can’t rely on his crews word that another company had already done the work. Thank God they billed me through American Express.
