Great experience and amazing customer service!

Solar Tech contacted me to tell me that there was a problem with my solar system communicating. Two technicians came by and determined that one of the micro inverters had disconnected. Probably not connected completely when installed 5 years ago. Problem solved within 20 minutes and under warranty. Thank you SolarTech.

The technician came to fix communication with my solar system. He told me the battery (less than a year old and has always had issues) doesn’t work. I was directed to a phone number. After many back n forth passing the buck I was told to contact SunStrong vault support. It’s been over a week and after me sending 2 emails, I still haven’t heard from anyone

The project was supposed to be completed at the end of 2025, it’s still not fully completed as of May 15, 2026. However, every teammate of SolarTech has responded to messages and been proactive to take action on what needs to be done to get us to the finish line. For this reasons, I still think highly of SolarTech and its team. Thank you for not abandoning us.
