Was referred to Cody by Rich over at RPS SoCal, Steve was friendly, communicative and straight-forward, arriving same-day and serviced our unit quickly, sourcing the needed part and getting the shop back up and running. Steve provided necessary education on maintaining the unit, setting up a service maintenance schedule to follow.
